Because I’ve lived both extremes. From a wild lifestyle and some of the most outlandish partying in the world, to the lowest lows of loss and struggle — I know exactly what it feels like to be stuck in alcohol’s grip.
That lived experience means I get it in a way most coaches can’t. I won’t judge you, label you, or give you cookie-cutter advice. Instead, I’ll meet you where you are, give you honest guidance, and show you the proven tools that work in real life — not just in theory.
Working 1:1 with me means having someone in your corner who’s been through it, broken free, and built a life so exciting there’s no room for alcohol. And I’ll help you do the same.
MY STORY
My journey to coaching started in one of the hardest chapters of my life. After a high-level career in the fashion industry in London’s West End, I lost my son in 2013. For years, alcohol was the way I coped. Then, during lockdown, I finally stopped drinking — and everything changed.
Since 2020, I’ve been at the forefront of the alcohol-free movement. I’ve hosted some of the UK’s largest alcohol-free events, written the bestselling book Better Me, Better You, and co-founded the Dryy App with Andy Ramage.
But my real passion is people. I love helping others break free from alcohol and create a future they’re genuinely excited about. That’s why I also run Off the Sesh — a men’s community built on honesty, connection, and support.
Today, my mission is simple: to use my experience — the wins, the struggles, and everything in between — to guide you on your own path to freedom.
