Co-founder Matt Pink has taken the sober world by storm since starting his @better_life_guy Instagram account in 2021, amassing a significant following and pioneering some of the largest sober events ever seen in the UK. Matt is the author of the Amazon best-selling book ‘Better me, Better you’ which was released in November 2021. Matt has been alcohol-free since April 21 st 2020 and has since fully qualified as an alcohol- free coach. He now sees his purpose in life as helping as many people as possible to remove alcohol from their life.
Andy Ramage

Andy is a former professional footballer, who after injury, created two major financial brokerages and went on to co-found the OYNB movement, which he stepped down from in 2019. Andy has helped over 100,000 people transform their relationship with alcohol and written two books ‘The 28-day alcohol-free challenge’ & ‘Let’s Do This! How to use motivational psychology to change your habits for life’. Andy also delivered a TEDx talk, titled, “The pill will make you limitless.” Andy holds a master’s degree in positive psychology & coaching psychology, which will become a Phd in 2023 making him one of the world’s leading alcohol-free performance coaches,
Chrystal Day
Community Lead
Community Lead, Chrystal Day is a qualified Alcohol-free Life Coach, having trained with Andy Ramage. Being the child of an alcoholic, Chrystal has an intimate understanding of the effects of alcohol on us and our loved ones - she offers a wealth of experience and empathy. Chrystal began to transform her relationship with alcohol 8 years ago and has been on an incredible journey of self-development. She has been totally alcohol-free since 1st October 2021 and loves her alcohol-free life so much that she wants to share this life changing magic with as many people as possible
Our mission is to change the worlds relationship with alcohol, we are confident we can achieve our mission, but we can’t do it alone. Enter the Life members. This is a very exciting opportunity for a small number of alcohol-free heroes that feel as passionate as we do about making the world a better place. The purpose of the role is to help us share our platform and grow the community across the world. In return we will take you on this adventure with us by bringing you into regular meetings in London, providing you with free branded merch from our Dryy store, giving you free tickets to our events and giving you inside access into the Dryy app where you can host your own lives and elevate your own profile. You will also have a green tick against your name so that everyone knows you are a Life member.
