Dryy Support
Not only is there a private Dryy support group for all Dryy+ members, but there are 2 zoom calls that take place every week.
These calls are hosted by one of our life members and they offer you the chance to show up and discuss any problems you are having on your Dryy journey, gain motivation from your fellow members or just see some friendly faces.
Dryy Support is our amazing new support service for those of you that need some extra help on your Dryy adventure.
Dryy Challenge
No matter what stage of your journey you are on, everyone starts the Dryy challenge on the first of the month and works together to take on the whole month Dryy.
There will be a private group for the Dryy+ members to help motivate and inspire each other throughout the challenge.
Every evening of the challenge month, there will be a live video stream into the private group to help motivate you and cheer you on.
As a Dryy+ member, you will be able to take part in the Dryy challenge that takes place 4 times a year.
Dryy Mind
Dryy mind is for those of you that are ready to take your first steps into the world of self-development but unsure where to start.
Every month will be a new topic hosted by one of the Dryy team, these topics range from mindset, self-development, routine to nutrition and everything in-between.
Basically, anything but alcohol!
The new monthly topic will kick off at the beginning of the month where you will be set some challenges to get stuck into.
There will be weekly lives into the Dryy mind group from our Dryy team to check in on your progress and answer any questions you may have.
If that wasn’t enough you will also have priority access to all event tickets and get yourself a Dryy+ badge on your profile.
